Sojourn Metal Works $10,000 Dream Project Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Sojourn Metal Works, located at 516 W Deschutes Ave, Suite B, Kennewick, WA 99336 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Washington State who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry, and whose proposed project location is within Washington State. The Giveaway is open to homeowners and builders for residential or commercial projects. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible. Void outside Washington State and where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on September 22, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ending on October 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter: To enter, during the Entry Period: (a) Follow @sojournmetalworks on both Instagram and Facebook; and (b) Visit sojournmetalworks.com, complete the contact form, provide your Instagram username for verification, and describe your dream metal fabrication project. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries from the same person/email will be disqualified. Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor will manually verify Instagram and Facebook follows. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and consent to Sponsor contacting you via the provided information for Giveaway administration, to provide project estimates, and for potential scheduling discussions. Entrants may optionally choose to proceed with paid services (e.g., scheduling with a 50% deposit), but this is not required to enter or win; if a depositor wins, their deposit will be refunded.

5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: Up to $10,000 in approximate retail value ("ARV") of Sponsor's metal fabrication services, including measuring, fabrication, powder-coating, and installation for the winner's described dream project. Prize does not include any additional services outside Sponsor's specialization, such as concrete work, carpentry, decking, or other non-metal fabrication needs, which must be covered by the winner. Prize also excludes any metal fabrication services not typically offered by Sponsor, though Sponsor remains flexible to reasonable requests within its general business scope. Total ARV: $10,000. Installation will be scheduled to fit into Sponsor's existing workload, with an estimated timeframe of 12-16 weeks after measurements are taken. Prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable, and has no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 27, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification and Verification: The winner will be notified via email and/or phone (using contact form details) within 24 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where legal). If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

8. Public Announcement: The winner will be announced publicly on Sponsor's social media and/or website in the afternoon of October 27, 2025.

9. General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability related to the Giveaway or prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules or tampering with the entry process. To boost organic exposure, entrants are encouraged (but not required) to share posts using #sojourngiveaway.

10. Data Use: Contact information from entries will be stored securely in Sponsor's password-protected CRM and used to administer the Giveaway, contact non-winners for project estimates, and discuss scheduling opportunities. Sponsor will not share data with third parties except as required by law.

11. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue shall be in Benton County, Washington. For questions, contact Sponsor at info@sojournmetalworks.com.

12. Winner List: For the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above within 60 days after the drawing.
